The inauguration of the IELTS Examination Centre at Four Skills Training Institute and the official announcement of its partnership with the British Council was held on 22nd April 2022 at .5.30 p.m. with much fanfare in Fujairah. The computer based Exam Centre was inaugurated by Dr. Moni K Vinod, Senior Consultant and HOD, Neurosurgery Fujairah Hospital and Khameis Rashed Hassan Alhazam Alkaabi. The paper based exam centre was jointly inaugurated by Dr. Puthur Rahman, President,Indian Association,Fujairah, Mr.Simon Samuel, Teacher and Loka Kerala Sabha Memebr and Mr. KC Aboobacker, President, ISCC,Kalba. The inaugural ceremony began at 5.30 p.m in the new exam hall with the presence of hundreds of students, parents and well-wishers. Mr.Rajesh .P.V, the managing director of Four Skills, welcomed the gathering and guests of honor. In the wake of that, the chief guest Mr Deep Adhikari, Director of Examinations, British Council UAE,Qatar and Oman, officially announced the partnership in the function. After that, Mr Rajesh PV, the Managing Director and Mr. Mohammed Noushad, the Academic Director, received the Partnership Certificate from Mr.Abishek Chandan, Head Exams Business Development British Council, UAE .The program came to a good close at 6.30 pm with the felicitation speeches of the guests of honor. There was an iftar party after the official ceremony, with delectable and delicious dishes.
